Release 2.21.0 and 2.21.1

Hi all, 

Here are the issues and features that we were able to tackle with Release 2.21.0 and 2.21.1!

FIXED: The Early Access toggle doesn't show the correct state on login. 

FIXED: In Reports, the "This Year" view in the Net Income report only shows one month. 

FIXED: In the Spending plan, only the last three transactions are displayed in the Other Spending register. 

FIXED: An error with the balance being displayed on mortgage and loan accounts. 

FIXED: In Transactions, the decimal in the Projected Cash Flow graph, above the register, is incorrectly displayed. 

FIXED: Watchlists that are created with a tag but the transaction has a split category within the transaction don't report the amount of the transaction. 

FIXED: Net Income report is calculating income plus expenses for the total rather than calculating income minus expenses. 

FIXED: In the Spending Plan, the transaction list for All Categories cut off in Other Spending. 

FIXED: A duplicate tag is added to a transaction if a split is created. 

FIXED: If a transaction has a split category on it, if the split category is part of a watchlist, the total amount of the transaction that has that split category is included in the watchlist graph. 

FIXED: In Transactions, the reviewed status is not saving if selected while the transaction is open. 

UPDATE: Notify the user if the browser needs to be updated.
