would be great to be able to exclude certain categories or tags from spending trends.. For example, all reimbursable, or vacation spending.. both of which tend to cause lumpiness that's not really indicative of spending patterns.
Many times I want to run a report and just exclude a couple categories and/or tags. For me to do this now I need to select all those filters and then exclude the ones I don't want

Please implement this feature. I often want to exclude tags, categories, or transaction types from a sum. Right now there is no way to exclude, so I have to select only that tag, then subtract that sum from the overall sum. Very tedious when looking at a lot of different combinations of tags and categories.
Why has this never been implemented? Seemingly so simple to exclude tags vs. include. Please add this feature so we can filter out lumpy spending like vacation or large purchases in spending reports
please allow excluding a category from the spending plan. This request has a lot of votes and looks to have been open for over 6 years. I have several business expenses (that go on my credit card so isn’t impacting my cash flow) that I categorize as “reimbursable” and don’t want it impacting my personal spending plan. If that’s a heavy lift, allowing bulk edit (to mark exclude from plan) on the mobile app would be a good temporary work around.
