New TIAA error FDP-175/FDP-155 (edited)
TIAA has been having intermittent connections for us with Simplifi. It has now not connected for the past 5 days. with the error FDP-175. Unlike previously, it does not indicate that anyone is investigating it. Is there effort to make the TIAA connection more reliable? It is pretty important to our financial management and by extension the utility of simplifi for us.

Hello @Brian Montague,
Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I am seeing an FDP-155 error when you try connecting to TIAA as of today. Are you still seeing the FDP-175 error from your side? I see that TIAA is still reporting connection issues and that we are investigating the issue as well.
I understand that an FDP-155 error typically indicates that the bank is currently blocking connection attempts. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error you are encountering from your side?

Hello @Brian Montague,
Thanks for the reply and screenshot. I am still seeing the FDP-155 error for you from our side, unfortunately. It looks like the connection issue banner is still present as well within Quicken Simplifi.
Let's have you try establishing a fresh connection by making the account manual and re-linking to see if that fixes the current issue. The instructions to do that are:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
Let us know how this goes!
