USAA - Missing Transactions (edited)
There is an alert on this, but comments are not allowed on alerts. I'm starting a thread here where folks can report what kinds of transactions are failing to download.
For me, some transactions are downloading and some aren't:
- 11/13 transfer to another USAA account failed to download
- 11/13 payment to my internet provider downloaded ok
- 11/14 electronic deposit from a company failed to download
- 11/14 payment to a non-USAA credit card downloaded ok.

Hello -
I know this is a known issue but for those of you that have been with Simplifi for a while, how quickly do these issues get resolved? This issue has completely messed up my budget and the announcement hasn't been updated since the 14th. I previously used Mint and YNAB and have never had an issue like this. Been with Simplifi for 2 months and currently not impressed. Curious for expectations on a fix or at least an update as to why this has happened.

Thanks for reaching out! We do not have an estimated timeframe for when this issue will be resolved. However, we want to emphasize that escalated issues may take some time to address, depending on their complexity. We recommend keeping an eye on the alert we posted, and we will provide updates there as soon as we have more information!
In the meantime, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so: Managing Transactions in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center

Not having any more info or a timeline on this escalation is what makes me unhappy. Do you guys have no idea what is causing this and what the prognosis is for a fix? I am just repeatedly directed to this announcement but there are no updates.

I had this same problem, as described in the thread linked below. But it only affected certain types of transactions in my checking account (see first post). And then it resolved itself. No clue why.
Is Simplifi not downloading any transactions from USAA for you? Or just certain kinds?
Are some of them showing up later (like mine)? Or are they never showing up?

Thank you @DryHeat - glad to know I'm not alone. It was my checking and savings accounts, but my USAA credit card was fine. I first attempted to disconnect and reconnect the account but didn't realize it would erase all my historical USAA information, so now I am starting over. My transactions seem to be loading again, but Simplifi coaches have told me NOT to trust that they will continue to load until the "announcement" is updated. This is highly frustrating, because it will take me a few hours to restore all my recurrent bills and deposits, and I don't want that to be time wasted, so I'm sort of dead in the water. I'll check out your thread and thanks so much for chiming in. - Liz

11/14 - None of my USAA checking or savings account transactions would download. Bank of America was fine.
11/18 - All of my transactions appear to be downloading again, but coaches have told me that I cannot trust this to continue or to be reliable until they update/resolve the escalation.

You are not the first to make that mistake. I did it very early on when I only had a few transactions in the account that I lost, so it was more annoying than catastrophic. And I have seen several posts here from others who have had the same misfortune.
There have been suggestions about improving the interface so that people will be aware of which actions will delete all their existing data. I think that making an account manual, then reconnecting to the account at the bank and telling Simplifi to connect the bank account to the existing manual account preserves your transactions. But it's not at all obvious that you should do it that way.

My USAA transactions are not downloading again. The balances are correct. @DryHeat how about you?

My last USAA completed transaction was on the 21st and it downloaded correctly.
I have a pending transaction dated today (the 24th) aand it has not downloaded yet.
Balance is correct.
