Checking accounts are often not current even after multiple updates (edited)
I track 3 bank accounts, 2 at US Bank and at Columbia Bank.
2 of these accounts are often not showing current balances (and sometimes recent transactions).
Should I go through the account reset process for each of these accounts?

@MareBear, thanks for posting to the Community with this issue!
I would recommend following these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with any banks that are experiencing a problem. Since you mentioned US Bank—one of our OAuth banks—you’ll also want to obtain a new access token for that connection. Here are the steps to follow, and step 1 only applies to the US Bank connection:
- Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
- Navigate back to Quicken Simplifi and make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
If you continue to experience any issues, please post about each one separately here in the Community. Create a dedicated post for each bank/issue, and include as much detail as possible about what’s happening with that specific connection. The more information you can share, the easier it will be for us to help.
You can review our FAQ here, which provides more guidance on how to post in the Community:
