I know there might be a development of AI features but I would also like to see the integration with ChatGPT for example. That way, I can ask ChatGPT to perform basic questions to complex tasks.
I think a plugin should be created for Quicken Simplifi. It would be awesome if the models can CRUD in my account. I particularly use the new voice model, I have been using Asana simply by using voice commands. It does exactly what I need. I know Quicken is pushing an internal model, but that doesn't do much. It is fine, let me tell you, but we can achieve way, WAY more. I would be open to participate on the alfa/beta testing.
I’d love to see Quicken Simplifi offer an official ChatGPT integration or plugin that allows users to securely connect their Simplifi account and interact with their financial data through ChatGPT.
Simplifi already does a great job organizing transactions, spending plans, recurring bills, savings goals, accounts, and categories. A ChatGPT integration could make that data significantly more useful by allowing users to ask natural-language questions such as:
Ideally, users could choose exactly what ChatGPT is allowed to access, with a read-only option as the default and clear privacy and permission controls.
This would combine Simplifi’s excellent transaction aggregation and budgeting tools with ChatGPT’s ability to analyze data, identify trends, answer detailed questions, and help users make sense of their finances without manually exporting spreadsheets or entering numbers into another application.
An official Simplifi API, ChatGPT connector, or plugin would be an incredibly useful addition and would make Simplifi even more valuable for users who want deeper, conversational analysis of their finances.
