Ability to filter transactions by Pending/Cleared (edited)

Pending transactions are included in download. I'd like to be able to exclude those via filter

I have edited this request to add a filter for 'Pending' and 'Cleared' to make the request more general. The 'Cleared' filter would allow you to hide anything that's in a pending state.
