After updating faithfully for months, my mortgage account with Mr. Cooper suddenly is experiencing institutional connection issues and returning a code FDP-105.
Is any further information available about the nature of this problem or potential resolution?
Thank you.

If only there was one common supported way to link institutions. Please let us know when Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) is back online.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I followed up with Rocket Mortgage now they are merged with Mr. Cooper. The continuity with 3rd party apps has been severed and there are NO plans to connect with 3rd arty apps in the future. WHen I sent my frustration with the decision. They said they are sorry I felt this way. I canceled the account to remove the uncategorized transactions which throws off the net worth.
I am now opened a manual account.

I have found that this also affected other applications such as TurboTax which is unfortunate.

Any reason why they are not trying to integrate with 3rd party apps?
