    Hello @TJ_JR2,

Thank you for reaching out! I apologize for the connection error you are seeing with Mr. Cooper. We do have an alert you can follow for updates for this known issue here:

In the meantime, you can track the account manually by adding manual transactions, which will keep your records up-to-date. Here are the steps to do so: Managing Transactions in Quicken Simplifi | Quicken Simplifi Help Center

After updating faithfully for months, my mortgage account with Mr. Cooper suddenly is experiencing institutional connection issues and returning a code FDP-105.

Is any further information available about the nature of this problem or potential resolution?

    Thank you.

If only there was one common supported way to link institutions. Please let us know when Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) is back online.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I followed up with Rocket Mortgage now they are merged with Mr. Cooper. The continuity with 3rd party apps has been severed and there are NO plans to connect with 3rd arty apps in the future. WHen I sent my frustration with the decision. They said they are sorry I felt this way. I canceled the account to remove the uncategorized transactions which throws off the net worth.

I am now opened a manual account.

  • It's been a while mr cooper is not able to connect with simpliffi. Very bad.

    Hello @Pbitla,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue! I check our internal tools and can see you are getting a FDP-105 error. Unfortunately, this is a known issue. Please see @Coach Jon's earlier post for more information:

    I hope this helps!

I have found that this also affected other applications such as TurboTax which is unfortunate.

  • Any reason why they are not trying to integrate with 3rd party apps?

Not more than an "attitude" of it is what it is and sorry I felt the way I did. Fortunately the property liability is not a major pain to update as a manual account every so often. The asset value is linked to Zillow and that works properly. MC/RM is also disconnected from Fidelity planner and Morningstar software.

I'm still unable to connect Mr Cooper (now owned by rocket mortgage) even though the main thread is marked resolved.

  • Per Coach Amilcar

"The escalation is complete, and we have received a new update from Mr. Cooper.

The alert has been resolved; however, Mr. Cooper will continue to block connections from Simplifi until February 13th at 12:05 pm CST.

You may try again after this time. "

So they were told it was fixed but yet blocking connections until a later date to not allow this verification of resolution yet the disscussion of the known issue was marked RESOLVED?

glad this wasn’t marked as resolved as the issue is STILL evident. Unable to connect accounts. BUT if you try to connect your account with rocketmortgage.com it will grab the account from there. Hope this helps others out.

@Coach Natalie You closed this other thread and marked it as resolved, but I am still experiencing error code FDP-105 as of now (February 17, 2026). Am I doing something wrong?

I received an email from Rocket Mortgage notifying me that my account would be transitioning to them (sometime in the near future). After that email, I followed the same steps @DisneyDaddy17 mentioned and updated my Simplifi connection .

Previously, my Simplifi account was linked to Mr. Cooper. Once I received the notice from Rocket Mortgage that my login credentials would change, I removed the Mr. Cooper connection in Simplifi and relinked the account using Rocket Mortgage instead. My account has not formally changed to Rocket Mortgage yet.

Since making that update, I haven’t experienced any issues in Simplifi.

Thank you @TomFam. Those steps haven't worked for me personally, but I also haven't received the email from Rocket Mortgage that you mentioned here either. Maybe I just haven't been moved over yet. I will continue to try this though and appreciate your help!

    Hello @MatthewR,

We are aware of the ongoing issue with Mr. Cooper, and we have reopened the alert. Mr. Cooper is integrating with Rocket Mortgage, so users likely won't be able to connect in the meantime.

    Thank you for your patience!

I want to confirm that the issue has been resolved for me. First I logged into my mortgage website and was prompted to follow some steps to transition my log in to rocket mortgage. My username and password stayed the same. After that I added the rocket mortgage account on Simplifi and was able to add my mortgage information with no issue. I deleted the Mr. Cooper account.
