If you're looking to request a bank that's missing in Quicken Simplifi, you may do so by creating an Idea post here in the Community:

Please note that both methods will require the URL used when logging into the bank's website. If you'd like to provide that URL here, we can also convert this into an Idea post to make it an official request.
