http://www.netxinvestor.com/ based accounts need one time code every time
Is there any way that accounts that use Net Exchange Investor can be configured to NOT need the one time code on EVERY SINGLE REFRESH?
Every other account I have either doesn't seem to need it after trust has been set up, or there might be one account that needs it every some weeks/month. But to need it every single time, especially for read only data like this is excessive and servers no practice purpose.
These accounts were previously served directly via a different site (BNY mellon) and since the change to net exchange this constant need for the OTC has existed, so I can appreciate that it's likely something on the other other end, but can Simplifi reach out to them to see if they can streamline the process a bit?

@everydave, thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!
Quicken Simplifi has no control over MFA prompts from your banks, as they are generated directly by the banks. More details on this can be found here:
However, in Quicken Simplifi, you can schedule less frequent account updates! That way, you will be prompted for and required to complete MFA every so often instead of every day or several times a day. Here are the steps to do so:
I hope this helps!

@Coach Natalie I do understand both of those points, but as these are investment accounts frequent updates, even throughout a day/week can be helpful.
I was bringing this to Simplifi's attention as maybe you can reach out to them as a partner to see if it can be addressed since it is so far outside the norm, and a change from what they were previously requiring. I suspect it's perhaps a configuration they could do, if they heard from a partner of your scale about it.

@everydave, while I understand where you're coming from, this is not something within our control, as previously mentioned. I apologize for the inconvenience.
The only further thing I can recommend from here in the Community at this time is to vote for this Idea post, and then follow it for updates in case something like this is ever implemented:
Sorry for not having a better answer, but I hope this helps!
