Crypto holdings downloading incorrectly from Coinbase and Robinhood (edited)
I pulled in my crypto transactions from Coinbase and Robinhood to my investments, but the majority of them are identified incorrectly as stocks. Even some of the crypto types are incorrectly identified as some ETF instead of the actual crypto symbol. I can't find a way to edit them either.
Anyone having the same issue and have you found a workaround? I believe that the Simplifi dev team needs to improve the crypto type (symbol) identification mechanism code.

@Joelbryant1960, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
For the issue with Coinbase crypto holdings, we have an Alert here in the Community that you can follow for updates on this known issue:
For the issue with Robinhood, I see you found this existing thread:
Is that the specific issue you're experiencing with your Robinhood crypto holdings? If so, definitely follow along there for updates, as the issue has already been escalated.
As for whether these issues are also occurring in Quicken Classic, I’m afraid we wouldn’t be able to confirm that here in the Quicken Simplifi Community. I don’t see Quicken Classic mentioned in the tickets currently being tracked for either issue, though that doesn’t necessarily mean it isn’t affected as well.
With that, since these accounts are displaying incorrect data when connected to the financial institutions, I recommend tracking them manually until the issues are resolved. To do this, you’ll want to switch the accounts to manual mode so you can add and edit the holdings yourself:
These articles walk through adding and editing holdings in a manual investment account in Quicken Simplifi:
- Tracking Investments in Quicken Simplifi (Add holdings)
- Tracking Investments in Quicken Simplifi (Edit holdings)
Sorry I don’t have better news to share, but I hope this helps clarify the situation.
