Incorrect Projected Low Balance Under $500 Email Notification (edited)

My primary use of Simplifi is for cash flow. It has generally been working well. In the last week, I keep received projected low balance of below $500 and then in the email it states my balance will be over $5000. Then, when I go to check cash flow, the amount on that date is completely different (higher).

Any one else experience this?
