Unable to get help from support for problems (edited)

Please consider training your support staff so they can properly assist users when they have issues. I have not been provided any real solutions to the problems I have encountered and is still unresolved.

    I have moved this post out of Feature Requests since it relates more to support concerns. If there was a specific interaction with Support that didn’t go as expected, please feel free to share additional details so it can be reviewed internally and any needed coaching can be provided.

    If you’d like help from the Community with the issues you’re experiencing, please create a separate post for each individual issue and include as much detail as possible. That will allow us to properly troubleshoot each problem and follow the appropriate escalation path if needed.
