Add a search function to Savings Goals (edited)

1. I use savings goals extensively. The giant cards are nice when you only have a few savings goals, but quickly become cumbersome as the number of savings goals increases. It would be nice to have a list view of a similar size to either a transaction register row or perhaps the size of the Planned Spend items on the Spending Plan.
2. A manual sort option would also be great, as certain goals may be more important than others, and it would be nice to control the sort order without having to use numbers or other alphabetizing tricks.
3. The ability to search for a saved goal would also be very useful.
