Web App: Move the projected cash flow hover info box so it doesn't cover the dots (edited)

On the Transactions page projected cash flow graph, please place the hover/tooltip information box above the graph (or offset it upward) so it doesn’t cover the dot being hovered. Currently the tooltip often obscures the dot, making it hard to tell which data point is selected. Moving the tooltip above (with a small pointer) would make the graph easier and faster to read.
