Target Red Card missing transactions and fake $0 transactions (edited)
Seems to have two problems with Target.
The first is the missing transactions, which I know is a known issue however the workaround is impossible as it would alter the total value. The total outstanding is correct, the transactions to reconcile are not loading. If I put additional transactions, it would double count the values - not to mentioned, needing to login to my credit card defeats the purpose of paying for this tool. This has been an open issue since May 2025 … that is way too long for a popular credit card.
The second is the phantom statement close transactions. Seems the first error comes every time the statement closes (<b>new Total Balance:</b> $0.00) with the phatom transaction. Last month I was able to disconnect and reconnect the account to bring it back, but it didnt work this time. Please look deeper into how these are connected.
Lastly, turning off comments on known issues is hiding behind bugs. You should let users comment so you can see how impactful the bugs are in the field.

@royhova, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Community!
Both of the issues you mentioned have been discussed previously here in the Community:
I can assure you that these issues are being actively addressed. We don't have an ETA for a resolution or any news to share as of yet. However, as soon as we do, we will be sure to post it to our official Alert:
To clarify, Alerts are not discussions; they are for informational purposes only, which is why they do not allow comments. Instead, users can post any issues they experience to the Community, as you did, so we can properly guide them. In this case, following that Alert for updates is the correct action.
Regarding manual transaction entry, you can switch the account to manual mode in Quicken Simplifi to maintain control of the balance. In manual accounts, the balance is calculated based on the transactions you enter. You can find step-by-step instructions in our Help Center article:
If the balance is incorrect after doing so, as it sometimes is, you can enter a balance adjustment transaction, which won't affect your reports or Spending Plan. Once the Alert is resolved, you’ll be able to reconnect the account. Any transactions downloaded at that time will match with your existing manual entries, so you shouldn’t see duplicates.
Let us know if you need any further guidance!
