Retirement Planner: Allow for a change in circumstances at a certain future time (edited)
It would be great to add some flexibility to the Retirement Planning tool to allow for a change in circumstances at a certain time in the future. In other words, provide the option to indicate current income and spending for, say 10 years, but then reduced income and increased spending due to the loss of a spouse or additional health expenses for the next 10 years or so. Most of the math is already bullt in, so it would just involve adding some additional parameters. The reality is that all of us will face that situation, so it would be helpful to see how long our funds will last given these additional scenarios.
