Feedback on Net Worth (displayed in 3 locations) plus differences between web and app version
Net Worth
The Net Worth data is displayed in 3 locations: Menu > Dashboard, Menu > Net Worth, Menu > Reports > Net Worth
Menu > Dashboard > Net Worth
The Net Worth report on the web Menu > Dashboard has a dropdown to define the time range (for which I prefer YTD). Upon clicking anywhere in the Menu > Dashboard > Net Worth report/graph, one then sees the Menu > Net Worth report. Unlike the web version, when using the app version the time range can only be changed in the Menu > Net Worth report and not on the Menu > Dashboard > Net Worth report.
Menu > Net Worth
The Menu > Net Worth report on the app version has time range that should match that of the web version yet it’s missing ranges 5Y, QTD, YTD that is only available in the web version. Unlike the web version, the time range is not selectable on the app Menu > Dashboard but instead controlled by the web version selection or from the Menu > Net Worth report in the app version (not the Menu > Dashboard version of the Net Worth report). Both versions display Insights but the default in the app version is to show the Accounts not the Insights and I prefer the reverse, the Insights are useful to me, then Accounts detail not so much.
Menu > Reports > Net Worth
The Menu > Reports > Net Worth is totally different than the other two options offering the ability to filter the accounts (to include all or less than all), more exhaustive time ranges (MTD, Last M, Last Q, Last Yr, Custom) 5 of which are unique to this report, specific time range displayed under the Net Worth amount in upper left. Also unique to this report is a dropdown for the range of account detail (day, week, month, quarter, year) which nicely have the same ranges for web and app versions. The detail below the graph: Net worth by month in web version vs Months in app version, have different headings but should be same. The detail is displayed differently but probably necessary given real estate difference between a web page and an app screen. However, the Y axis for the graph should be the same for both versions and the web version is correct while the app version is near meaningless (as the differences between months will likely be so minimal as to display a virtually flat line in the app version yet a hilly curve in the web version.
