New Feature Alert: Enhanced Transaction Search!
We’re making some exciting improvements to Transaction Search! 🎉 These enhancements are currently available in Early Access.
Here are a few of the new things you’ll be able to do:
- Search by check number
- Search split transaction amounts
- Works whether "Show split details" is enabled or not
- Enabling "Show split details" makes it much easier to see why a transaction matched your search
- Combine multiple search filters and conditions (AND results)
- You can now narrow results much more precisely by combining filters together, with all conditions required to match before a transaction appears in the results.
Examples:
• amount>100 payee:walmart
→ Transactions over $100 at Walmart
• is:pending amount:50..200
→ Pending transactions between $50 and $200
• date>=2024-01-01 category:food
→ Food purchases made in 2024
• is:pending,cleared expense>50
→ Non-reconciled expenses over $50
• date=last month expense>100
→ Expenses over $100 from last month
• date>=this year not:reviewed
→ Transactions from this year that haven’t been reviewed
