D.A. Davidson is giving Care Code: FDP-105 (edited)

More info: Kubota Credit did work a few weeks ago but has since added 2FA to their login. The Care Code I get is Care Code: FDP-105.

D.A. Davidson - I took part in a call to help develop the Simplifi login progress. I saw it finally was added to the list of institutes. I tried to logon using my credentials but was rejected with the Care Code: FDP-105.

Both sites do send me my number code to use in the box provided in Simplifi but after trying the logon process, I get rejected.

Can someone please look into these two institutions and see what's happening.

Thanks for reaching out! I can see the FDP-105 error you mentioned with D.A Davidson from our side. This error generally indicates that the specific bank is temporarily blocking us. This typically happens when the selected bank is performing server maintenance or blocking third-party aggregation to avoid site saturation.

For Kubota Credit Corporation, I am not seeing an FDP-105 error. Instead, I am seeing an FDP-106 error. You may receive this error if an account name or number changes at your bank, or if an account is closed. Most users would see this message after replacing their credit card because it was lost or stolen.

We usually like to keep threads like this one to one issue per thread. I would suggest creating a separate thread for the Kubota Credit Corporation issue while we work on the D.A Davidson issue here.

Regarding the D.A Davidson issue, if you have successfully had this account previously connected in Quicken Simplifi before, I would have you check to see if the following steps work to resolve the issue:

• Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
• Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
• If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
