We are also having issues with Target Guest Card returning "Your bank is not available right now" for over three weeks. What is the plan for fix this?

With that, when checking in Quicken Simplifi, I don't see a "Target Guest Card" bank option; however, I do see that you are connected to "Target Guest Card" when checking your connection attempts from our end, which makes me think you're linked to a discontinued bank option.
Please follow these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank and choose the "Target Red Card" bank option for step 2:

So don't be too surprised if it doesn't download transactions throughout the month (you may see them show up as pending and then disappear when they clear), and only does them all in one shot at the beginning of each month.
