yet another post about how the Zillow integration tool can't find my address when I try to search for it. What gives? This is really frustrating to encounter as a paying customer for this service.
I try to navigate to the [ONGOING] ticket thread about this and it tells me I don't have vanilla.discussion privileges to access it. Awesome customer support, 5-star service.
I can link literally the houses all around it on the same street if I wanted to, they all show up in the search. Just not mine.
This property was recently purchased. Is it because the house is pending on zillow? That's the only reason I can think why it wouldn't see it.
Also, as a side note, why do you keep the comment text from the already posted comment in the "leave a comment" box? Just clear it after the reply posts…

To clarify, the Alert you mentioned was resolved and archived, which is why you can no longer access it.
