Let Transaction Rules match substrings in a Statement Name (edited)

The answer to my “How can I” thread below was “You can’t.” So now I’d like to say that thread is a “Please add this feature” thread 🙂

There’s a lot of utter garbage formatting in the Statement Names we all download from banks and wherever else. Rules are great, but it’s a pretty significant limitation that a Rule must match a “word” (set apart by spaces) in a Statement Name in order to count as a match.

Right now, Rules as limited can only clean up half the stuff I get from my bank.
I’d like Rules to allow me to match on “FedEx” in a Statement Name, even if the Statement Name is “FEDEXXXXXXX1234”.
