Rules Feature Still Not working Reliably?

Hi, I am wondering why this thread has been closed, as i still have the exact same problem: rules are still not reliably being applied to my transactions.

Is this still a known issue being worked on? It is very frustrating to deal with and forces me to do more manual work than I would like.

It looks like the other thread was closed due to inactivity (threads only stay open for 1 month from the last comment). With that, we will need more info from you. Are you saying that your rules aren't being applied to past transactions when creating rules? If so, have you noticed this with specific rules, or is it all rules, etc.? The more info you can provide, the better the Community can assist!
