It would be great if we could see the actual transaction amount at a glance for split transactions. this helps with searching for multiple situations.

I don't know if this will help you, but if you search for the amount in the search bar (but don't designate it as an "amount") it will find the split transaction that has that amount. This search brings up a split where the amount is $3403.00, for example:
BUT… It's a little sensitive. You can't put "3403.00" for example. That doesn't work.
[Of course, you could always turn off "Show split details," but I'm assuming you don't want to do that.]

I have moved this out of Feature Requests for now, so we can gain a clearer understanding of what you're looking for. To clarify, are you using the Quicken Simplifi web app? If so, do you have "Show split details" enabled in your transaction register, which shows each split amount as an individual line with no transaction total? We just want to ensure we fully understand your request, as split transactions do show the transaction total in the main register view with "Show split details" turned off.

I don't know if this is what the original post was wanting or not, but I think it would be helpful if the full transaction amount would display when hovering over a split transaction with "show split details" turned on in web. When splits are off, you can hover and see some of the split details, and this would basically give you the inverse information when splits are on. The ability to search by the full transaction amount when splits probably meets most use cases though.

Since we don't yet know what the OP is looking for here, I'd recommend creating an Idea post requesting your specific enhancement (showing the full transaction amount upon hover with "show split details" enabled), so other users can vote for it and our product team can review it.

Yes, I do have them turned on, but as of now you have to go into the transaction or search for the amount. I was thinking of something that would give/show the full transaction amount at a glance, as well as the split amounts.
