Hi, this might not be as straightforward as adding a new financial institution. Cross River Bank, which is the financial holder of X Money accounts, is listed as a financial institution in Simplifi’s dropdown. However, those with X Money accounts do not have online credentials with Cross River Bank as the account is set up through X (Twitter). The routing number is with Cross River Bank (021214891) as well as the account numbers but again the online account managing it is X , so there are no cross River bank online credentials. I’m not sure how this is supposed to be worked out, but I would like to have my X Money account be tracked in Simplifi.

Where do you go to sign in to the account and access your balance and transactions? If that is through X directly, I'd suspect that's the login URL. Or is it only on the X app, not on their website?
