For the past month or so, I get a daily notification that "bills make up 56% of my expected income this month." In the past, I would get this notification once a month, early in the month, but there seems to be some bug causing it to trigger daily.

This sounds like the issue that was reported here, but for what seems to be a different notification:
As recommended in the other thread, I'd suggest disabling and re-enabling the notification using the toggle in Settings > Notifications to see if that clears things up moving forward.
