Early Access is not working for me (edited)

I saw the new dashboard and updates from a pop-up in Simplifi weeks ago. I went to Reports, and when I returned to the dashboard, it was the old one, and I have not been able to view the new one. I have toggled early access, emptied cash, and tried several fixes, none of which work. How can I get access to the early access features?

Thanks for reaching out! Since you were able to see the new dashboard and updates previously, but they disappeared after navigating away and toggling Early Access hasn’t brought them back, we’d like to take a closer look.

Could you please let us know:

Are you using Quicken Simplifi on the web, mobile app, or both?
What version of the app are you currently using, if applicable?
Is your device fully updated to the most recent OS?

If possible, please also provide a screenshot of what you see when you go to Settings > General > Early Access (with any personal information covered).

Once we have those details, we can determine the best next steps.

@N4KHQ , I don’t know if this relates to this particular issue, but keep in mind that they don’t roll our “Still-in-Testing Features” to 100% of Early Access users all at once. It’s a phased rollout as they work out the bugs, and I don’t know details about what their schedule really is.

I've wondered in the past but I don't know, if turning Early Access off and back on resets which part of the phased rollout you might be in.

I used and tried Mac OS Tahoe 26.6.2, Safari, Firefox, iPhone 17 iOS 26.6, and iPad OS 26.6.1. Also tried Windows 11. I had to be in the testing group, I think, to get the message and see the new Dashboard. I have turned Early Access off and on many times. Emptied the cache and restarted. Nothing worked. Thanks!

To clarify, is the dashboard you're referring to the Spending Dashboard in Early Access (for information on the feature, click here)? If that's not the feature you're referring to, please provide more information.

Based on your initial post, the feature disappeared before you tried toggling Early Access off and back on. Is that correct?

I am not sure, I only saw it once, I got a popup in Simplifi announcing the new feature. The new dashboard showed net income as one of several other informative metrics. It replaced the big blue (useless in my opinion) New Worth. The new dashboard I saw contained my Simplifi data and the links to new pages worked. I went to the old reports and have never seen the new dashboard again. Is the new dashboard now being called spending dashboard?

Based on your description of the feature, it does sound like you’re referring to the Spending Dashboard.

With Early Access enabled, you can access the Spending Dashboard by going to Dashboard > Spending. The Spending Dashboard has now been released to all Early Access users, so you should be seeing it there.

It is the new dashboard I was one time. Instead of the big blue line across the top, around other things you could see net income. I think the term was changed to something different

Thanks for reaching out! I just wanted to clarify that there isn't a new feature called the Dashboard. The only new feature currently with “Dashboard” in the name is the Spending Dashboard.

Just to clarify things a little more…

In both Simplifi and QBP, I don't see a navigation menu entry for "Spending Dashboard." What I see looks like this:

And when I select this new feature, the page it goes to is titled "Spending," not "Spending Dashboard." It is a dashboard, but it's not called that in the app.
