Release 1.0.3 and 1.0.4

Hello All,

We’re so excited to announce we’ve made some recent changes to the Simplifi. Our Releases 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 not only included fixes for some reported issues, but it also introduced some cool new features based on the feedback from our fantastic users!

• We’ve added the ability to create categories through the transaction view! Thanks, @paleosteve, for this great suggestion!
• We also added the option to enter an opening balance or value at the time of creation when creating a manual account.
• We added two additional frequencies for our recurring transactions: Every Quarter and Every 2 Months. Thanks, @myf@kemail.id, for bringing the need for these frequencies to our attention.
• We added the ability to sort Watchlists by Date Created, Alphabetically, Yearly Total (High to Low), or Yearly Total (Low to High).

New features are always fun to introduce, but it’s also essential that we continually improve the quality of our current product. Here are some of the items our team has been able to tackle:

• Improved the handling of special characters in account names.
• Improved the Getting Started design and flow.
• Improved the Watchlist interface when expanding or shrinking the window.
• Improved the load speeds for Watchlist cards.
• Updated the size of the Watchlist cards.
• Updated some of the visual and text dialog boxes.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Upcoming Graphs to Date Back to 1970.
• Fixed an issue that caused interface issues when using Firefox or Edge.
• Fixed an issue causing register filters on the Watchlist card to reset.
• Fixed an issue in which a dollar sign was appearing in from of the month range on Watchlists.
• Fixed an issue in which recurring transactions were not removed from the Planned Calendar after being downloaded and matched.
• Fixed an issue that prevented users from erasing a tag after it has been created.
• Fixed an issue that prevented the transaction update UNDO function not to revert changes.
• Fixed an issue causing transaction register to lockup.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Projected Balance Graph to show incorrect balance when a recurring income transaction is due.
• Fixed an issue that causing transactions to be excluded from the transaction register in Insights.
• Fixed an issue in which users received an error when clicking the back button after selecting a dashboard card.
• Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect balance when entering manual transactions.
• Fixed an issue in which the balance was including pending scheduled transactions.
• Fixed a few interface issues and crashes.
