    @Johnners I'm Coach Tappan. The main links I see in Simplifi to access TD Bank are https://www.td.com or https://www.tdbank.com for banking and https://www.tdcardservices.com/ for credit cards. Do you use those links for your TD accounts, or do you always us MyOnlineAccount to connect? I know that Samsung Pay uses this service at the address you provided. If this is the only URL you use, I can submit it to our support team to see if we can get https://onlineaccessplus.com/ added to our list of supported financial institutions.     Hi @Johnners -- Is this URL for your TD Bank Credit Card? If so, our provider has confirmed that you should be able to add your accounts by selecting "TD Bank Credit Card" in the supported financial institution list of Simplifi's add account process. Can you try adding your account using that instance and let us know if you run into any trouble. Thank you!

  • I tried and get an error message of “We are unable to connect to TD Bank Credit Card at this time. Please try again later.”, I believe this is the same error message I received when previously trying that url

  • Nicole, I tried again and still get a connection error however I tried to login on https://www.tdcardservices.com/ and it doesn’t recognise by login details.

    Hello, I am having the same problem with a TD Bank Aeroplan card. I can access my account with TD on my computer and iphone so I know that my signin and passwords are correct. This is very frustrating! A new user (Mint escapee!) and I like everything else that I am seeing
