Ability to Create Rules from Transactions List (edited)

Having to go to settings to create rules is extremely time consuming, and often times by the time I get to the data entry, I have forgotten the keywords to use for the rule. It sure would make so much more sense to create a rule straight from a transaction. Or maybe I am overlooking something??

Great news! The ability to create both Payee and Category Rules is now available from the Transactions View by selecting the checkbox to create a Rule for future transactions, located in the Payee and Category drop-down menus:
