Release 3.22.0

Hi all, 
Here are the issues and features that we were able to tackle with Release 3.22.0!

FIXED: Newly created Category Rules won't apply to past transactions. 
FIXED: The Rename Rule modal doesn't match design. 
FIXED: UI issues with the Create Rename Rule modal. 
FIXED: The header for the new Category Rule modal is incorrectly labeled. 
FIXED: The header for the new Rename Rule modal is incorrectly labeled. 
FIXED: The Payee field in the Transaction page expands unexpectedly. 
FIXED: Completed Goals will span across the entire page on the Savings Goal page. 
FIXED: "Type" label is present on the Account type field on the Edit Account modal. 
FIXED: Creating Category Rule popup doesn't dismiss. 
FIXED: The Create Recurring transaction loading modal shouldn't have a header/title bar or X. 
FIXED: The Planned expense three dot menu remains displayed after releasing Available for Spending. 
UPDATED: Updated IDs on the Transaction Page. 
UDPATED: Incorrect behavior when making a transaction as a bill from the three dot menu. 
UPDATED: Update to the Account Type menu selection behavior on the Add Bank screen. 
UPDATED: Pop-up added to confirm creation of a Category Rule. 
UPDATED: Logic improvements for the Payee + Category Rule checkbox.
