    Hello @jl4usc,

Thanks for the inquiry, although I apologize that I don't have an update to provide at this time. I will be sure to post back as soon as any new information becomes available, however.

  • Hi -- hoping that you can connect with Capital Group American Funds -- a 529 account -- soon. Thanks.
  • I also requested this. Have you been able to get access?

This appears to be resolved. I have several accounts with Capital Group American Funds and when I select "American Funds - Retirement Web Site" in Simplifi, I'm able to connect my accounts. Normally when I manage them directly with the FI, I go to https://www.capitalgroup.com/individual/accounts/login.htm

    Any updates?

  • We are new users as of today.

Our son has a 529 account with Capital Group/American Funds. We would like to track this account in Simplifi

Please add Capital Group/American Funds to the financial institution list, as it is/was in Mint.

@Andrwe , I am in the same boat. I was able to add my kid’s 529 accounts using the “American Funds - Retirement Web Site” option. Fill in the SSN info and DOB for the owner of the account, in this case, my wife. You’ll see the owner when you log into the 529 accounts if you don’t remember.

I had been able to connect American Funds over the past three or four months, but it looks like they've just changed the URL of their site from https://www.myplanrs.com/ to https://retirement.financialtrans.com/cg/login , so I've just lost my connection to Simplifi.

I am having the same issue, where the URL I use to login has been changed to https://retirement.financialtrans.com/cg/login , so the connection to Simplifi is broken.

  • IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED!?!?!
