Mobile Release 3.11.0 & 3.11.1

Hello All,

Here are the issues and features that we were able to tackle with the 3.11.0 & 3.11.1 Mobile Release:

• FIXED: 3.11.0 will not upgrade/install for Android.
  
• FIXED: Not reading/sending Yearly Frequency the same as Web.
  
• FIXED: Series created from a transaction with Yearly Frequency gets set as 'Custom'. 
  
• FIXED: Touch ID causes App to restart on Android.
  
• FIXED: Spending Plan Dashboard card appears to be set up after creating a new dataset.
  
• FIXED: Issue where Savings Goals Available amount is lost.
  
• FIXED: Resolve Oustanding Items banner overlaps the Income after bills and savings tab. 
  
• FIXED: 'Recurring Updating Failed' error when selecting certain frequencies for a Recurring Series. 
  
• FIXED: Date Range field mislabeled 'Time Range'.
  
• FIXED: When creating a Planned Spending expense, App navigates back to Add Expense screen instead of Planned Spending. 
  
• FIXED: 'Put towards this goal' truncated.
  
• FIXED: The three-dot menu for Savings Goals Dashboard card is not aligned correctly.
  
• FIXED: Success message screen has a typo when connecting a Biller.
  
• FIXED: Manually created a Recurring Series defaults to Twice a Month Frequency.
  
• FIXED: Swipe left not disabled on Settings>Recurring screen for iOS as it is for Android.
