Searching my synchrony or anything like that (spaces, no spaces) came up with nothing, but the fix still worked. I searched for the GE card listed in the screenshot and I signed in fine and added both cards at once. Furniture row and Amazon. Then changed account and institution names just fine. I was using desktop view website on tablet, not the app fwiw.

Could you please provide an update if this will be implemented? Currently, not finding any instance of mysynchrony.com. Here are three identical redirects:
a) https://www.synchrony.com/ → Log In → Credit Cards
b) https://www.synchrony.com/accounts/?client=paysol
c) https://consumercenter.mysynchrony.com/consumercenter/login/?client=paysol

Can synchrony.com be added to the list? It seems like mysynchrony.com has updated their URL to just synchrony.com

I have a Haverty's credit card issued/managed by Synchrony. The "GE Money" trick did not work for me. The previous poster is correct, navigating to MySynchrony.com now directs users to synchrony.com. The core issue remains, that Synchrony issues dozens of credit cards for retailers and other third parties. For most of these retail credit cards, there is a single customer management portal (now synchrony.com) and Simplifi does not offer a way to connect to those accounts as of today.

@Coach Nicole - this is still an issue as of June 2024. Sleep Number bed company also uses Synchrony as a store line of credit, and logs in with the same URL listed in this comment. I ended up just finding the first account in the list that used the mysynchrony.com site URL, which was Guitar Center - but now I'm stuck with a Guitar Center logo on the account that I cannot change. Discount Tire no longer shows up. And we cannot search by URL associated with the account in the add account dialog, which is a nasty work around, but could be effective enough of a temporary work around.
