Ability to have Mortgage offset Property/Real Estate

Since there is a "Mortgage" account type it would be nice if there was an option where you could choose to have the account offset or fall under the "Property" or "Real Estate" category. That way when looking at your dashboard "Property" or "Real Estate" would show your net equity in the property.
