Hello All,

Here are the issues and features that we were able to tackle with the 3.39.0 Web Release:

• FIXED: Selecting "Don't Match" when Simplifi suggests a Linked Transfer causes a duplicate manual entry in the corresponding account.
• FIXED: Transfer and balance type Categories are displayed in the Edit Planned Expense Category list.
  
• FIXED: Hitting 'Enter' when Category list is open is not selecting the Category.
  
• FIXED: Unable to apply a new Payee Rule to past transactions when creating the Rule from the Transaction View.
  
• FIXED: User has to refresh browser to see a Subcategory that was newly created from a transaction displayed in Watchlists.
• FIXED: Various crashes and errors throughout the App.
