Recurring Subscriptions: Add fields for Plans & Prices (edited)

Edit: To clarify this is not in reference to the Simplify Subscription itself

Please add fields for different cost plans by length of subscription such as:

- $99/Year

- $24.99/3-months

- $9.99/Month

Not sure how best to display this but maybe have 2 plan options with drop downs and show savings in dollars and percent savings by switching to the other plan.

if this idea were to add a field for just the [Plan Name], then I’d absolutely vote for it. The pricing is something that subject to way too much change for me to want to try to keep up on it.
