Ability to mark transactions as one-time subscriptions (edited)

I can already mark one-time bills, just not one-time subscriptions

This would be handy for when I manually log a subscription payment, but they have not yet downloaded from bank (I cannot match recurring items to not yet downloaded transactions).  

I would prefer to track "optional" subscriptions from mandatory bills in the spending plan.

The title says it all. We have a handy capability to mark a transaction as on-time bill. It would be helpfu to have similar feature but for one-time subscription. So that transaction will be under subscriptions section in the spending plan
