Hello All,

Here are the issues and features that we were able to tackle with the 3.45.0 Web Release:

• FIXED: Unable to select 'closed' accounts on Create/Edit Refund Tracker.
• FIXED: Investment accounts are not selected by default in the Account filter after adding them from the Investments page.
  
• FIXED: 'Update Chrome' message displays on the newest version of Chrome. 
  
• UPDATED: Add FI search screen for Dark Mode.
