Create Watchlists to track by Account (edited)

Would like a feature where i can set target spending limit for my credit card so i do not go over the my credit card limit. Appears i cannot do that now using the watch list feature since you can only use payee, category or tag. Would be able to do this if i create an watch list based on the account.
