Data transfer from Quicken

Please provide the ability to import Quicken classic data into Simplifi.

I am very interested in switching to Quicken Simplifi, but I have years of data in Quicken Classic for Mac, so I won't consider switching over to the new web-based model until it's possibly to cleanly and easily import my data from Quicken Classic.

As I've mentioned before, it would be great if Simplifi could import QXF files. I don't even need that. What I need is to be able to view my old Quicken files in the rare instances when I need to go back to find a transaction from 10-25 years ago. To be able to do that I have to maintain a Quicken installation on a Mac or PC. Even though I have a Mac now, I really don't need it.
A Quicken viewer that allows one to read the old Quicken files would be good. Even when I use my Quicken installation to do that, I have to wait until Quicken updates the database and THEN it insists on trying to update and download new transactions, and it apparently uses the credentials from your current database. I don't want those in the old file (why would I), so to forestall that, I have to put the files on my desktop (from the cloud), then turn off the Internet, then open the file to search transactions. It's a big pain.
I probably could find some way to export all my transactions to some sort of spreadsheet when I decide to give up Quicken. Then I could read it anytime. I've been too lazy or too stubborn to do it. So far!
This import function has been requested many times, and I don't think we are going to get it. Lack of demand, expense, not in Quicken's business interest, etc. But hope springs eternal.
