Planned Spending "suggested" amount: include refund/income transactions (edited)

When creating a planned spending expense, simplifi gives an estimated spending figure based on the last 6 months of spending.
That being said, if there were any credits (i.e. refunds) in that period, they are ignored from the calculation of average monthly spending (this is according to @Coach Natalie who studied the issue).
So, in my case, I had a ~$900 purchase and a ~$900 refund and it shouldn't have had any effect on my spending average, but the $900 was counted without the refund towards the average. (It is not clear if this is still happening.)
If this is the issue, and i don't claim to know well enough, I suggest it be fixed.

I am watching certain planned spending categories because i'm trying to reduce spending in certain categories, so i'd like to keep an eye on my monthly average spending so, ideally, i can gradually reduce the planned spending amount in these categories.
