Bulk Move Transactions from one account to another (edited)

You can change a transaction from one account to another (although not to an Investment Account) but you cannot bulk change transactions from one account to another.  This is sometimes necessary because you consolidate accounts or you have created manual accounts and want to move transactions to one that is connected, e.g., Investment Cash transactions.

This will be nice, other competing apps have this feature. In Simplifi, you must export the transactions and then import them back to the system. This process does not work well for investment accounts as bulk editing actions is not available, nor is the import of investment action/type.

  • Another use case for supporting bulk move of transactions from one account to another:

Some banks have sub-accounts (SoFi Saving Vault is an example). Simplifi currently downloads all the transactions into the main account. Simplifi also DOES download the sub-account as an account with its balance, but no transactions.

I would like to move transactions from the main Savings account to the sub-accounts.

I'm a bit surprised that this has not gotten more votes. I suppose it is not the kind of thing most users need UNTIL they do! Another way it could be done would be my Export/Import but that would require a lot more work. Now if we had QFX support in Simplifi, that would be great.
