How do I update any account Manually???

    Hi @SrB

    Are you asking how to manually initiate a download to update your connect accounts data or how to enter data manually in a non-connected manual account?

    You can initiate an update of your connected accounts by...
    • Mobile app - Open the app and it will automatically perform an update... if the app is already open swipe down to initiate an update.
    • Web app - Simplifi will do an update automatically when first opened.  If web app is open click on the circular arrow Refresh icon located on the left hand menu bar.
    To update a manual non-connected account(s) you will need to enter the data manually.  If you can download the data from your financial institution in a CSV file here is a support article on how to do that.

    Thank you!  I was looking to make an account and update it manually.  No auto update.  Just me going in and adjusting the value when I want to.  I cannot update it from a site.  I want to do it all on my own

     If you’re maintaining this account manually and you’ll have any Recurring Transactions set up for this account at all (specifically ones that aren’t transfers to another synced account), then you’re likely to run into a potentially frustrating issue where you experience sporadic challenges linking manual transactions to your recurring cards - sometimes it appears to work, sometimes it doesn’t.
