Unable to add AMEX Savings account (edited)

With AMEX's move to a single signon for both credit cards and personal savings, is there a trick to relinking the savings account to that the transactions download?  I've tried adding an account but no luck. Thanks all!

Thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!

It is my understanding that Savings accounts with American Express must be linked using the option listed as "American Express Bank FSB". Have you given this option a try, by chance?
