Hello All,

Here are the issues and features we were able to tackle with the 3.28.0 Mobile Release:

• FIXED: Creating a 'twice a month' Recurring Series is skipping the next instance. 
• FIXED: Monthly Summary Report shows Top Payees & Categories as income, and the Top Expenses are reversed for 'bills' and 'all other expenses'.
  
• FIXED: UI issues in Reports when values are negative. 
  
• FIXED: News Feed tiles without a holding are not the same size as tiles with a holding. 
  
• FIXED: Target Amount is removed from Watchlists if updated without making a change.
• FIXED: Various errors and crashes.
