Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I apologize that you're both still unable to connect to Knoxville TVA Credit Union in Simplifi.
It looks like this issue was marked as resolved on our Service Provider's side, however, we've still been receiving reports of it. At this time, I'm not sure about any debugging sessions, but we have been asked to escalate these cases. To do so for each of you, please provide the following information:
- The name of the account(s), as it appears in Simplifi.
- The name of the account(s), as it appears on the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).
