Simplifi isn't an application that's acknowledged when connecting to Citi
Probably why it doesn't connect with MFA turned on… Not sure if it's an issue with the syncing provider or Citibank's backend

Extremely disappointed that Simplifi (Quicken) hasn't made any progress towards this issue in years apparently. MFA is a MUST now. This is a major platform and Citibank is one of the biggest financial institutions. I can understand if it was a maybe a smaller bank.

The issues with Citi have been ongoing for a while and we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot further that can be done from our end at this time. We should be switching to Citi's API before too long, and I'm really hoping that doing so resolves these issues. In the meantime, please be sure to follow our Community Alerts for updates:
